Best jumping index in stallion approval test ...
and runner-up in the overall score – this is the excellent result of the 70-day test which Cypriano passed with flying colours as a very promising youngster, in summer 2004 in Radegast-Prussendorf. In the jumping test he left all competitors far behind and with a score of over 135 finished with an exceptional result.
Because of the well above average assessment of his basic paces and ridability with a score of 126, this was all in all the second rank of the test, which was also sufficient for performance class I. With his exclusive appearance and conformation Cypriano is not only an eye-catcher for type and modern look, but also because of his performance.
The basis for all these advantages can be found in Cypriano’s pedigree: his father Coriano is a sire who is in high demand and is internationally successful under the junior rider Judy-Ann Melchior (Zangersheide/ Belgium.) His dam, the state premium mare Goldküste is a daughter of the well-established Lord Calando, who is on the other side half brother to Carthago Z. With Corofino I Goldküste already produced Chatman I, an approved stallion in Belgium and internationally successful in jumping events of Grand Prix category under Ludo Philipaerts, and Chatmann II, now an approved stallion in Denmark.
The match between his grand-dam, the state premium mare Westküste and Cor de la Bryère produced the approved stallion Cannonball, who passed on his excellent qualities during his time as stud stallion in Saxony-Anhalt. Her sire Ahorn Z is the son of two internationally successful jumping stars – Almé Z and
Heureka.
We are thrilled to see the first crop of foals of this top-class youngster with optimum genetic consolidation. |
