The king of the ring wherever he appears. Clintino was the radiant Champion stallion at the 1998 Main Approval in Bavaria and now has a big fan club in southern Germany. He stands out because of his movement qualities which make the hearts of dressage riders beat faster: supple, ground-covering movements with plenty of impulsion from behind. And with his pedigree he is, of course, also blessed with exceptional jumping talent. Clintino has two stallions in the front generations of his pedigree who have won Grand Prix themselves- Caretino and Come On. The granddam, Odine, is the dam of Jan Tops' internationally successful jumper mare, Operetta la Silla. Clintino has this significant dam line (Holstein Line 504) in common with other well-known sires such as Cézaro, Literat (approval winner), Lantaan, Le Matin and Umberto.
Clintino passed his stallion performance test in Neustadt/Dosse where he received the highest scores for rideability and jumping qualities. Following his test he won many riding horse and jumper tests. His first crops are now under saddle and very popular because of their sporty looks, great rideability and plenty of jumping ambition. His first sons – Compagnon (today USA) and Clint Eastwood (NL) – have been licensed and both received a premium.
