A-1 PERFORMANCE SIRES
Gracieux

· 16.3 hand 1993 Oldenburg
· Approved for:
Oldenburg, Hanover, Westphalia, Rhineland and all southern German associations.

Gracieux, the spitting image of his legendary sire, Grannus, and a capital athlete, combines three outstanding basic paces with the jumping quality you would expect from a sire of this magnitude.

Gracieux is a course athlete who makes a clear performance statement that is underlined by stallions in the following generations who guarantee rideability: Akzent II, Furioso II and Volturno.

This dam line also produced the former Bundeschampion and internationally famous jumper, Zerberus 3/Ludger Beerbaum and Dirk Hafemeister. Gracieux completely confirmed the high expectations placed in him by becoming the Reserve Champion of the 1996 stallion performance test in Neustadt/Dosse, receiving the highest scores for all criteria. He was successful at shows, winning and placing with the best in classes for medium and advanced level. In 2004, with Gilbert Böcknann, he collected international ribbons, including second place at the 2004 Vienna Derby. His oldest off-spring have been well received because of their noble type, good size and outstanding movement qualities. Among these are several winning horses now competing for the first time at advanced level.
